Blue Line train derails at O’Hare

A CTA Blue Line train derailed Monday morning near the station at O’Hare International Airport.
A northbound Blue Line train was approaching the O’Hare station about 11:30 a.m. when the derailment occurred, CTA spokeswoman Catherine Hosinski said.
There were no reported injuries, Hosinski said.
Normal service resumed about 3:40 p.m., Hosinski said.
The 35 passengers aboard the derailed train were placed on bus shuttles, which also carried the passengers between the Rosemont and O’Hare stations.
