Another “Bike the Drive” has come and gone — with Lake Shore Drive reopening about 11 a.m. Sunday.
About 15 total miles of the drive, both north and southbound, was closed to vehicle traffic as hundreds of bicyclists took to the road. The ride, which began at 5:30 a.m., stretched from Bryn Mawr on the city’s North Side to the Museum of Science and Industry, near 57th Street.
A post-ride festival was held near the north end of Grant Park.
