Two shot near Roosevelt Red Line station

Two men suffered graze wounds in a shooting Friday morning near the Roosevelt Red Line station.

The shooting happened about 11:10 a.m. in the 1100 block of South State, police News Affairs Sgt. Antoinette Ursitti said, citing preliminary information.

A 57-year-old man suffered a graze wound to the leg and a 30-year-old man suffered a graze wound to the back, police said. Both victims were taken in good condition to Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

Area Central detectives are investigating.
