2 Chicago cops hospitalized after squad cars sideswiped

Two Chicago police officers were hospitalized after their squad cars were sideswiped by another vehicle Saturday night on the South Side.

It happened shortly after 9:30 p.m. near West 111th Street and South Normal Avenue in Roseland, according to the Chicago Fire Department, which said both officers were taken in good condition to Little Company of Mary Medical Center in Oak Lawn.
