Wall collapse critically injures worker in Kenwood

A partial wall collapse of a building critically injured a worker Monday in the South Side Kenwood neighborhood.
Rescue crews responded about 10:50 a.m. in the 800 block of E. 46th Street after a facade layer of brick collapsed, Fire Media Affairs spokesman Kevin MacGregor said.
A worker partially covered by the rubble was taken in critical condition to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, MacGregor said.
