Chicago Police released a photo of one of two men they think were involved in an attack on a cabdriver in the West Loop earlier this year.

About 3:30 a.m. Jan. 20, two passengers beat the driver near the intersection of Lake and Des Plaines, according to police detectives who issued an alert this weekend. The men then ran off.

The men were both described as white, with black hair, between 30 and 35 years old; one was described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, 180 and the other 5 feeet 8 inches, 180 pounds, the alert said.

The cabbie was hospitalized with head injuries, a broken nose and broken teeth.

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call Area Central detectives at (312) 747-8380.
