CTA trains delayed by reports of possible jumper

CTA Brown and Purple Line Express trains are experiencing delays downtown with reports of a person threatening to jump.
Trains are stopped near the Chicago Avenue stop as police investigate reports of a person threatening to jump, according to CTA alerts and dispatch reports.
The CTA website said only minor delays are expected.
