Chicago authorities are trying to identify a homicide victim pulled from a Southwest Side lagoon last week.
The body of the man, who had been stabbed, was pulled from the lagoon Friday morning in Marquette Park, in the 6700 block of South Kedzie Avenue, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
An autopsy on Saturday found the man, a black male believed to be in his 20s, suffered multiple stab wounds and his death was ruled a homicide, according to the medical examiner’s office.
Chicago Police are investigating.
