Glenbrook North reacts to student’s death

NORTHBROOK — A junior at Glenbrook North High School, was pronounced dead at his home at 5:47 p.m. Monday, according to a report by the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office.
“This news significantly impacts the GBN school community, and we are saddened by the loss of one of our students,” Karen Geddeis, a school spokeswoman said.
Counselors were available in the Student Services Office to help students and staff through this difficult time, she added.
