Forty-two people received medical treatment after a carbon monoxide leak forced the evacuation of Center Ice Arena during a hockey tournament in Glen Ellyn Saturday evening. About 200 to 300 people were evacuated at 5:30 p.m., officials said. Thirteen people were taken to local hospitals in stable condition, officials said, while the rest were treated at the scene after complaining of headaches, vomiting and dizziness.
