Car crash injures two in the South Side

November 2, 2009

A car crash on the South Side left two males injured and in unknown condition early Monday, according to police.

At 1:45 a.m. a vehicle with two male occupants of unknown age and identity crashed in the 5100 block of South Princeton Avenue, according to a release from Chicago police News Affairs. The males were taken to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital in unknown condition, the release said.

The accident happened just a half mile away from an accident that resulted from a police car chase in the 5100 block of South Union Avenue at the same time although police News Affairs officer Hector Alfaro said the two were unrelated.
