2 adults, 3 kids hurt in 3-car crash in Austin neighborhood

A three-car crash on the West Side sent two adults and three children to area hospitals Thursday night, Chicago Fire Department officials said.
The crash occurred about 8:27 p.m. at Chicago and LeClaire in the Austin neighborhood.
A 35-year-old woman and an 18-month-old child were taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in serious condition, along with a 6-year-old boy in stable condition and a 5-year-old girl in good condition, officials said.
Another adult was taken to Loretto Hospital for treatment.
