Officers rescue dog on ice in Jackson Harbor

Police Marine Patrol officers rescue a dog that is standing on ice in Jackson Harbor in the South Shore neighborhood.
Officers have been at the harbor in the 6700 block of South Shore Drive for a couple of hours, according to police Marine Patrol.
The dog was brought to shore at 10:30 a.m. and is in the care of the police Animal Control Unit.
