Missing Humboldt Park woman found, back with family

A 65-year-old Humboldt Park woman who had been missing since Monday was reunited by the police with her family Tuesday morning.
The reunion came after Migdalia Noa walked in to the Grand Central district police station on the Northwest Side and told officers she was waiting for her family.
She hadn’t told family members she would be there, but officers were able to reach them and get them back together.
