A hearing to decide whether Chicago rapper Chief Keef has violated the probation he received for allegedly pointing a gun at Chicago Police officers has been set for Jan. 28.
Keef, whose real name is Keith Cozart, suffered a legal setback earlier this month when a judge ordered Pitchfork Media to turn over a video showing the rapper holding a gun.
Cook County prosecutors are expected to use that video when they try to send him back to jail for his alleged probation violations. They said it shows the teenager violated a court order to not handle a firearm while on probation.
