Richard J. “R.J.” Vanecko is set to be in court Monday, when he will formally be charged at an arraignment at 9:30 a.m. at Cook County’s Leighton Criminal Court Building at 26th and California. Vanecko’s lawyers already have made arrangements for him to post the required 10 percent of his $100,000 bail and be released. Also Monday, a judge will be assigned to the case.
