Man with a Cubs hat robs North Side bank

A man wearing a Chicago Cubs cap robbed a bank branch about 10 blocks west of Wrigley Field Friday afternoon.
The robbery occurred about 4:20 p.m. at the First Chicago Bank branch at 3254 N. Damen Ave., according to the FBI.
The robber, who was described as a roughly 6-feet tall white male, wore a dark peacoat and a gray hooded sweatshirt, in addition to the blue Cubs cap.
No weapon was used in the bank robbery, according to the FBI. Anyone who might have information on the robbery is asked to call the FBI Chicago office, (312) 421-6700.
There have been at least 153 bank robberies in the Chicago area in 2012, according to the FBI. In 2011 there were 115 bank robberies in the Chicago area.
