Couple, 4-year-old rescued after falling off raft in Lake Michigan

A couple and their 4-year-old child had to be rescued after they fell off a raft in Lake Michigan Wednesday evening.
The two adults and a 4-year-old boy fell off the raft near 51st Street and Lake Shore Drive in the lake about 5:29 p.m., according to police News Affairs. The boy was rescued by a police Marine Unit, and he then told police the adults swam to shore.
His parents were located and the family was reunited, police News Affairs Officer Veejay Zala said. None of them were hurt and paramedics made no hospital transports, officials said.
