A Bolingbrook man was found guilty Tuesday of two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse and faces as many as 14 years in prison, according to the Will County state’s attorney’s office.
Alfredo Porcayo, 37, was arrested in March 2008 and accused by police of molesting a 10-year-old girl “five or six times” over the course of a year.
His trial before Will County Judge Edward Burmila began June 5, court records show. Porcayo is under house arrest, a prosecutors’ spokesman said, until his July 20 sentencing hearing.
