Woman rescued from Belmont Harbor

A woman was rescued from the waters of Lake Michigan at Belmont Harbor in the Lakeview neighborhood Monday.
Chicago Park District lifeguards had rescued the woman from the harbor by the time the Police Marine Unit arrived near Addison Street about 1:20 p.m., Marine Unit Officer Kevin Kelly said.
The woman was taken in fair condition to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, Fire Media Affairs spokesman Kevin MacGregor said.
