Video: Pooches get pampered at Doggie Tea Party

Dogs of all breeds and sizes were treated Thursday to custom-made treats served on a special canine tablescape -- complete with floral arrangements, sliver platters and fine china -- during the Anti-Cruelty Society’s annual Doggie Tea Party in the Grand Ballroom at the Palmer House Hilton.
