Body found on bike path in Batavia

Police are investigating after a body was found on a bike path in west suburban Batavia on Monday morning.
Police investigators are at the scene near Route 31 and Fabyan Parkway, where the body was found, police said.
Police are conducting a death investigation and did not immediately offer further details on the matter.
The Kane County Coroner’s office had no information as of about 1 p.m.
