When crews arrived about 9:30 p.m., they found the vehicle in the 7800 block of South Kenwood Avenue already burning, police News Affairs Officer Amina Greer said.

A 43-year-old man inside was trapped on the passenger side vehicle, and crews were able to pull him out to safety, Greer said.
