Child porn charges for Lockport man

Prosecutors charged a Lockport man with two counts of aggravated child pornography Wednesday, court records show.
But 21-year-old Kevin J. Gricius Jr., of the 400 block of East 17th Street, had not been arrested as of Wednesday afternoon, Lockport Lt. Dave Draksler said.
Draksler declined to talk about the case Wednesday, saying he’d reserve comment until Gricius is taken into custody.
