J UST IN: ONE of the world’s most talented sculptors, Chicago’s own Richard Hunt, will be honored Aug. 2 at an exclusive reception hosted by Christ the King Jesuit College Prep and the McCormick Gallery.

Bowman and at another event hosted by his close friends Marty & Anita Nesbitt.

Kelly gave his first stage performance on Saturday at the “Reggae Sumfest” in Montego Bay Jamaica and “the audience went wild,” according to my source. ....The NBA’s Shannon Brown’s Wood-Star Music Festival, Aug. 17-19 at Union Park, has added singer Fantasia to its roster of entertainers, which includes Brown’s singer wife Monica ....

MORE MUSIC: Swedish chanteuse Sofia Talvik in concert one night only Thursday at the Swedish American Museum. Check it out!

HEY YOU ballerina wannabes, the awesome Moscow Ballet will be holding auditions for the local production of “The Great Russian Nutcracker” starting at 4 p.m. Aug. 29 at the Southport Performing Arts Conservatory, 3433 West Peterson. The audition is for boys and girls ages 7-17 who can put on a tutu, tights and can get up on their toes (I guess).

FACES N’ PLACES: Businessman Tom Baur birthday feted by wife, Lee Blackwell and friends, including Dori Wilson at Gibsons....Judge Ilana Rovner also was recently at the eatery, as was Judge Arnette Hubbard and Bob Mariano and Nina....The Sox’s Kenny Williams and actor Billy Zane dined separately at Tavern on Rush.
