Man accused of child porn, sex with girl

A Northwest Indiana man has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a 14-year-old girl and disseminating nude photos she sent him.
James Richard “Jimmy” Gore, 21, faces felony charges of sexual misconduct with a minor and possession of child pornography. Gore, of Union Township, faces six to 20 years in prison is found guilty.
The girl told police Gore of persistently texted her asking for nude photos of herself, which she sent. They then made arrangements for him to come to her home Dec. 21.
She told police she didn’t intend for it to get sexual but knew he had a temper and as afraid he might rape her if she said no. Her photos soon began to circulate afterward, she said.
