2 killed in shootings across Chicago since Friday evening

A 16-year-old girl was shot to death in West Englewood and a man was shot and killed a block from Chicago Police Department headquarters on the South Side in a 90-minute span late Friday and early Saturday.
They are among 12 people across the city shot since Friday evening.
Shaquise Buckner, of the 1400 block of West 72nd Street. was shot in the head and killed and a 20-year-old man was wounded in a shooting just before 1 a.m. Saturday in the 7200 block of South Laflin. The man was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.
Earlier, shortly after 11:30 p.m. Friday, 25-year-old Walter Neely was found dead in the 3400 block of South Indiana — a block east of police headuarters — of a gunshot to the abdomen.
The police said someone walked up to Neely and shot him.
