A Park Forest woman has been charged in a hit-and-run crash in Chicago Heights in December that left a man critically injured.
Ariel Wilson, 22, is charged with leaving the scene of an accident causing personal injury in the crash Dec. 28 in which a 53-year-old man was hit by a car while walking on the side of the road on 26th Street near Euclid Avenue, according to the Cook County sheriff’s police, which charged Wilson this week after finding a vehicle that was missing its passenger side-view mirror in a parking lot near Route 30 and Wilson Avenue.
Wilson was ordered held Thurday on $5,000 bail.
