A North Side man has been charged with the 2012 death of his 4-month-old son.

Rahsaan Condiff, 25, was arrested Monday and charged with murder, according to police News Affairs.

Four-month-old Clayton Condiff was found unresponsive by his parents at his home in the 7500 block of North Seeley on the afternoon of Sept. 2, 2012, authorities said.

The infant was taken to St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, where he died about an hour later, authorities said.

Autopsy results were still inconclusive as of Thursday, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office.

Condiff, of the 1500 block of West Pratt, is expected to appear in bond court Thursday.
