Girl, 12, and man shot in South Side drive-by

A man and a 12-year-old girl were each wounded in the leg during a drive-by shooting Tuesday night on the South Side, officials said.
They were shot at 7:50 p.m. in the 3900 block of South Lake Park, police said.
The girl was taken to University of Chicago Comer Children’s Hospital, while the man, 28, was taken to Stroger Hospital, police said.
Area Central detectives were investigating the case.
