Man shot in thigh in South Shore neighborhood

A 31-year-old man was reportedly in good condition Friday after he was shot in the thigh in the South Shore neighborhood, police said.
The shooting happened about 10:25 a.m. in the 2600 block of East 76th Street, according to police News Affairs Officer Jose Estrada.
The victim was shot in the upper thigh, Estrada said. He was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where he was listed in good condition, according to police.
Police did not immediately have additional details on the shooting. Area South detectives are investigating.
