14-year-old boy shot in Roseland neighborhood

A 14-year-old boy suffered a gunshot wound to the left knee Tuesday night in the Far South Side Roseland neighborhood.
The boy was standing in a vacant lot in the 10700 block of South Perry Avenue when someone fired shots about 10:33 p.m., according to police News Affairs.
Someone drove the boy to Roseland Community Hospital, where he was listed in good condition, police News Affairs said.
No arrests have been made in connection to the shooting, which is under investigation by Area South detectives.
