Updated: August 9, 2012 9:39AM

A 14- and 16-year-old boy were among at least 13 people hurt in separate shootings across the city from Friday night through Saturday evening.

The 14-year-old boy was standing on the sidewalk in the 12400 block of South Perry at 8:34 p.m. Friday when a gunman walked out from between two houses and opened fire, police said.

The boy was shot in the back and leg and was taken to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County in “stable” condition, police said.

Two other teens — ages 16 and 18 — were in good condition after a shooting at 11:10 p.m. in the 700 block of West 51st Street, police said. The younger teen was shot in the hand and taken to St. Bernard Hospital and Health Care Centers, while the older teen was shot in the leg.

In another shooting at 8:15 a.m. Saturday, an 18-year-old man was shot in both legs in the 3800 block of West Augusta in Humboldt Park. The gunman, in his 20s, was described to be 6 feet tall and wearing a white rag or scarf around his face and dark clothes, police said.

No one was in custody for any of the shootings as of Saturday evening.
