Police: Man shot dead on North Side

A man was shot dead in the North Side Uptown neighborhood early Monday, police said.
The 19-year-old man was shot dead in a possibly gang-related attack in the 900 block of West Lawrence Avenue about 12:30 a.m., police said.
Henry Soyege, 19, of the 1000 block of West Hollywood Avenue, was pronounced dead at 12:25 a.m. at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office.
No one was in custody.
Area North detectives are investigating.
