Man stabbed to death at his Bronzeville home

A woman being held for the fatal stabbing of her brother Wednesday night has been released without charges.
The 23-year-old woman allegedly stabbed her 24-year-old brother to death Wednesday night during a fight in their South Side Bronzeville home.
Curtis James, 24, of the 4100 block of South King Drive, was dead at the scene after being stabbed multiple times, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office.
The two were fighting about 10:30 p.m. when the sister pulled out a knife and stabbed him, police News Affairs Officer Ron Gaines said.
The sister was released without charges, police News Affairs Officer Amina Greer said.
Area Central detectives are investigating.
