Woman suspected of stabbing 3 family members on West Side

Three members of a West Side family were hospitalized when they were stabbed by another family member early Saturday morning, police said.
The woman stabbed her 18-year-old brother in the shoulder, a female in the leg, and the another female in her chest at 3:15 a.m. in the 2800 block of West Polk Street, police News Affairs Officer Amina Greer said.
The three victims were taken in “stable” condition to Mount Sinai Hospital. The female victims include the suspect’s 35-year-old mother and her 15-year-old sister, police said.
Police were looking for the suspect Saturday, and Area North detectives are investigating.
