Man stabbed near Eisenhower Expressway

A man was in critical condition early Thursday after suffering multiple stab wounds near the Eisenhower Expressway, police said.
Police News Affairs Officer Ronald Gaines said a man in his 30s was stabbed numerous times in the 500 block of South Homan Avenue about 2:40 a.m.
The man was listed in critical condition at Mount Sinai Hospital, Gaines said.
Further information was not immediately available.
