A northwest suburban man is facing a felony charge for trying to smuggle a bottle of urine into a testing facility to cheat on a drug test, police said.
Aaron Wahl, 24, of Wonder Lake, was arrested Wednesday at McHenry County Court Services, the McHenry County sheriff’s office said.
Workers at the screening center in the McHenry County Government Center called police after a plastic bottle filled with urine and containing an attached heating element was found, the sheriff’s office said.
Wahl was charged with defrauding a drug and alcohol screening test, a felony, and was ordered held in lieu of $10,000 bail, police said.
