2 dead in shooting in Rogers Park

Someone opened fire on a sport-utility vehicle that was stopped at a light in the 7600 block of North Sheridan Road in Rogers Park early Monday, killing two men around 12:45 p.m. . The Cook County medical examiner’s office identified the two men as Jonathan Bell, 27, who was shot in the side and found dead after the SUV hit a tree, and Dion Miller, 26, the driver, who died at St. Francis Hospital in Evanston. No one is in custody.
