Breakdown of up to $793,000 in promised fees not yet paid:

Maximum possible separation payout to Alex Clifford: $718,000

Legal fees allotted Alex Clifford in separation deal: $75,000

Total fees billed through June 30 plus maximum possible promised for payment in future: $1,068,131
