Four men were shot late Monday in the Little Village neighborhood on the Southwest Side.
About 11:15 p.m., they were standing on the sidewalk in the 3400 block of West 24th Street when a man opened fire, police said. Then the shooter got in a dark-color sedan, which sped eastbound on 24th Street.
A 26-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound in his buttocks and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, police said. The other three men were taken to Stroger Hospital: an 18-year-old man who was shot in the buttocks; a 38-year-old man who was shot in the right thigh; and another 26-year-old man who suffered a graze wound to the head, police said.
Police think the shooting was gang-related and said all four men are admitted gang members.
No one was in custody. Area Central detectives were investigating.
