Updated: May 9, 2014 6:41AM

At least 15 people, including a 56-year-old woman and a 67-year-old woman, were wounded in shootings across the city since Thursday afternoon.

Most recently, a 25-year-old man walked into Jackson Park Hospital and Medical Center after he was shot in the hand in the 7800 block of South South Shore Drive, police said.

About 1:20 a.m. Friday, a 48-year-old man and a 67-year-old woman were sitting in the living room of a residence in the 300 block of East 136th Street when someone fired shots into the home about 1:20 a.m., police said.

The woman was shot in the right knee and the man was shot in the right arm, police said. Both were taken to MetroSouth Medical Center in Blue Island and were listed in “stable” condition.

About 11:30 p.m. Thursday, a teen boy and two men were shot in the Pullman neighborhood on the South Side.

The three were in the 9500 block of South Woodlawn Avenue about 11:30 p.m. when a dark-colored sedan pulled up next to them and someone from inside opened fire, police said.

A 16-year-old boy and 23-year-old man were both shot in the right thigh and both were taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in “stable” condition, police said.

Later, a 26-year-old man who was also wounded in the shooting was dropped off by friends at Advocate Trinity Hospital, police said. The man -- who was shot in the thigh and back -- was later transferred to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County.

About 9:20 p.m., two people were shot in the Far South Side Roseland neighborhood. A male and female, whose ages were not immediately available, were shot in the 10400 block of South Wentworth Avenue, police said, citing preliminary information.

A 56-year-old woman was shot about 5:15 p.m. in the 0 to 100 block of East 100th Place, police said.

She was taken to Roseland Community Hospital, where she is listed in “stable” condition, police said.

Six other people have been shot across the city since Thursday afternoon.

No one is in custody for any of the shootings as area detectives investigate.
