Highland Park Police charged a Gurnee man with unlawful delivery of heroin after he and a 15-year-old juvenile were found asleep in the front seat of a vehicle early Saturday.

According to police, an officer saw a silver Honda at 1:45 a.m. Saturday with the driver’s side door and the passenger’s side door open.

Christian Bogdan, 21, was arrested and charged with unlawful delivery of heroin. He also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic needle and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

His court date was pending.
