Tina Fey made her recording debut as a rapper, appearing on “Community” star Donald Glover’s special mixtape. He released it as a free download through his website under his rap name Childish Gambino.
The 18-track collection of songs, called “Royalty,”” features guest rappers including RZA, Ghostface Killah and Beck. What’s the Fey connection? Glover wrote for “30 Rock” before moving on to “Community.”
Fey appears at the end of the last track, “Real Estate,” throwing out f-words, which are strewn throughout the song with the n-word.
But she closes with, “This is the part where most people would say something crazy and drop the n-word after it. Not going to. Not gonna do that. I don’t feel comfortable! I’m out.”
