Macy’s affordable new Valli line will have you reaching for passport

World-renowned Italian fashion designer Giambattista Valli is the latest designer to launch an exclusive line as part of Macy’s Capsule Collection in its Impulse department.
This is Valli’s first-ever affordable collection, and we’re thankful.
The clothing, priced between $50 and $150, includes party dresses, feminine blouses, flirty skirts and lightweight jackets.
And with short hems and animal-printed fabrics, the word “sexy” comes to mind. (Other words that come to mind are “jet set” — you’ll be wishing your dress came with a stroll around the Arc de Triomphe.)
Launched Wednesday, the line — available in sizes 0 to 12 and X-Small to X-Large — is grounded in red and black with gold, gray and fuchsia infused throughout. The clothing is also available on Macys.com.
