You’re observant, especially of the society around you. You’re sensitive, Artistic and sexual. You have a natural understanding of human psychology, which you articulate well. This year you will study or learn something valuable to you, which will help you in the future.

◆ARIES (March 21-April 19): You want to get away from it all today. You can either do this physically by traveling or mentally by learning something new. The point is you want to push the boundaries of your everyday world to make your life more adventurous.

◆TAURUS (April 20-May 20): You feel intense today. Emotional encounters with others feel different. In fact, you might attract somebody who is powerful and intense to you. (Just what the doctor ordered.) Plus, you’re focused on taxes, debt, inheritances and shared property. Intensely so.

◆GEMINI (May 21-June 20): You have to go more than halfway when dealing with others because the Moon today is opposite your sign. Compromise and accommodation will be your by-words. Two weeks from now, when the Moon is in your sign, everyone can come to you!

◆CANCER (June 21-July 22): Make lists and putter today. Put things in neat little piles and give yourself the sense that you’re getting better organized. You might buy things related to pets, personal hygiene and hobbies. This is the kind of day to take care of small stuff that gets pushed off to the side.

◆LEO (July 23-Aug. 22): Carve out time for play. Take a long lunch. See friends after work. Go on a date. You’ll enjoy movies, the theater, sports, romantic interludes and playful activities with children. You’ll also like mysteries, watching TV, reading a book and relaxing with pleasure.

◆VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): You might want to cocoon at home today. You want privacy to ponder profundity or eat junk food and watch TV. Basically, you need some downtime, preferably at home surrounded by familiar items that give you a warm feeling in your tummy. Capisce?

◆LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22): You’re eager to communicate to others but you want some real conversation, not polite, boring, safe comments about the weather. You want to get down to the nitty-gritty of things. (“How’s your sex life?”) You might talk to a female sibling or cousin today.

◆SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21): Gertrude Stein said, “Money is always there, but the pockets change.” Today you want to hang on to your money and possessions because you want to feel secure. Saturn in your sign makes you serious about life. And yet, Scorpios are playful. (Something many people don’t know.)

◆SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21): Today the Moon is in your sign, which is why you feel more emotional about everything. Fear not, when the Moon is in your sign it also brings you a little bit of extra good luck. Therefore, ask the universe for a favor — you just might get it. (What’s to lose?)

◆CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19): With the Sun high in your chart, the spotlight is on you. People notice you and they admire you. This is good. But perhaps today you can escape a little by hiding somewhere. Even you need to take a breather. Work alone or behind the scenes if possible.

◆AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18): Discussions with female acquaintances in groups will be significant today. Possibly, these discussions will cause you to modify your goals or send you off in a new direction. It’s not that you’re impressionable, it’s simply that someone’s suggestions are worthwhile.

◆PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20): Be aware that personal details about your private life might be public today. (Wince.) If you’re aware of this, you can perhaps do damage control before anything regrettable happens. On the other hand, this could be peanuts and nothing to worry about.
