Georgia Nicols horoscopes for April 14

Updated: May 5, 2013 8:26PM

ALL SIGNS MOON ALERT: We have the all clear today to do business and make important decisions. The Moon is in Gemini.

ARIES (March 21-April 19): You want positive? I’ll give you positive. “Today!” This is a totally positive day because the Moon in Gemini is lined up with lucky Jupiter in Gemini and this is what you call a happy family get-together. This is why you are so enthusiastic and exuberant today.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20): “There’s money in them thar Hills!” You feel optimistic about financial possibilities today, and with good reason. Trust your money-making ideas. And even major purchases might turn out to benefit you or show a profit in the future. Share the wealth!

GEMINI (May 21-June 20): This is a wonderfully enthusiastic day for your sign. You feel kind and generous to everyone you meet. You’ll love dealing with the public, especially large groups of people. You might also enjoy intellectual discussions to ponder weighty matters.

CANCER (June 21-July 22): You feel content with yourself, dare we say smug? (We did.) This is the kind of day where you feel pleasantly happy and yet, at the same time, introspective in a wise way. You might get a better handle on how to deal with someone in authority.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22): This is a lovely day to schmooze with friends, especially female pals. Talk about anything under the Sun, especially serious goals, big ideas and hopes and dreams for the future that you love to entertain. You will particularly love to meet people from other cultures and different backgrounds.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): People see you in such positive terms today! It shows how confidence, a positive attitude, and a belief in oneself can make such a difference others can actually “see” it. (And, of course, they can.) Use this power for the benefit of everyone.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22): Big travel plans excite you. In fact, all kinds of things will keep you stoked today — discussions about publishing, the media and travel plans as well as anything to do with higher education, medicine and the law. Group discussions about philosophy, politics and religion will be positive.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21): You can definitely benefit from the wealth and resources of others today, so keep your pockets open. All kinds of goodies, cash and gifts might come your way. This is a good day to ask for a loan or a mortgage (tough to do on a Sunday). Ask and ye shall receive.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21): Relations with partners, close friends and members of the public are super upbeat today. People are happy to see you and you’re happy to see them. Just let the positive vibes flow. Don’t push the river. It’s all coming your way.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19): This is an excellent day for group activities at work or any kind of group activity that might also boost your health and general sense of wellness. Listen for openings for tips on how to get a better job or improve your job. Lots of good advice can come to you today.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18): You won’t hold back in your efforts to have fun and discover a good time today. Vacations, the arts, movies, sports events, the theater and all creative activities (including playful times with children) will really turn your crank. This is a fun day!

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20): You’ll enjoy interaction with female family members today. You might do something to improve your home or your family relationships. This is an excellent day for real-estate deals. It’s also a good day to have meetings at home to share knowledge.

If APRIL 14 is Your Birthday: Actor Robert Carlyle 1961) shares your birthday today. At times you can be obsessed with excellence. You go to great lengths to do whatever you want to do in the way you want to do it. Personally, you are persuasive and powerful, yet you value tradition and history. Your year ahead will be fun-loving and social and you will find that all your relationships will improve.
