◆Taurus (April 20-May 20): This is one of the best days all year to examine your overall goals in life. (Today’s New Moon.) It’s also a good time to think about your friends and what they mean to you. How can you improve your friendships? Would you want to have you as a friend?

◆Gemini (May 21-June 20): Each month the New Moon is your chance to make a resolution in a particular area of your life. Today the New Moon is high in your chart, which means it’s time to think about your life direction in general. Where do you want to be five years from now?

◆Cancer (June 21-July 22): Because today is the New Moon, this is a perfect day to ask yourself what further education or training you could get to improve your job or enrich your life. You can do this through taking courses, reading or travel. What appeals?

◆Leo (July 23-Aug. 22): Today’s New Moon urges you to look at issues related to shared property, inheritances, taxes and debt. Naturally, you want to reduce your debt. You might also think about how you can best handle sharing things or using what others make available to you.

◆Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): This is the only New Moon all year that is opposite your sign, which means it’s your best chance to make resolutions about how to improve partnerships and closest friendships. ◆Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22): This is one of the best days of the year to make some resolutions about how you can improve your health and also how you can improve your job. Think big. Tackle them both. Basically, how can you be the best that you can be?

◆Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21): Today’s New Moon is your opportunity to make resolutions about how to improve relationships with family members, as well as your home. What can you do to feel better about where you live? Do you need to clean, repair or make it look more attractive? After all, it’s where you live.

◆Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19): Right when Mercury retrograde is attacking the efficiency of your communications and transportation, today we have the New Moon urging you to scrutinize your style of communicating. Are you a good listener? How can you improve your communications with others?

◆Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18): This is the only New Moon all year that gives you the opportunity to think about how you can handle your money better. Maybe you can earn more? Maybe you can save more? Maybe you can learn to take better care of what you already own? Think about these things today.

◆Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20): Today the only New Moon in your sign all year is taking place, which makes this the perfect time to take a realistic look in the mirror and ask what you can do to improve your image in the world. Do you like your hair? Do you like your clothes?
