ALL SIGNS MOON ALERT: Avoid shopping or making important decisions from 10 a.m. until 2:45 p.m. After that the Moon moves from Pisces to Aries.

◆ARIES (March 21-April 19): Tackle red-tape details about shared property, taxes, debt or inheritances. If too much of this is weighing on your mind, it makes you weary. It’s also a terrible distraction. Just do something to reduce this even if you take just 15 minutes today.

◆TAURUS (April 20-May 20): For the next few weeks, you have a marvelous opportunity to better understand others. You can get a better grasp of your style of relating to people. Since this kind opportunity only comes once a year, why not use it?

◆GEMINI (May 21-June 20): You are resigned to working hard to get better organized. Capitalize on this impulse; use it to your advantage because you will only benefit yourself. Ask yourself what you can do to feel healthier in your body and your mind.

◆CANCER (June 21-July 22): In our results-oriented world, it’s easy to dismiss one’s creative talents. And if you’re not making money with your creativity, it almost seems like a childish indulgence. But this is wrong thinking. A healthy, successful life is balanced. Respect your need for play and your need to express your creativity.

◆LEO (July 23-Aug. 22): It’s appropriate to be focused on the demands made on you by home, family and your relatives. In particular, you must tackle home repairs. Don’t ignore them. Fatigue and discouragement (for many reasons) are challenges. But persevere!

◆VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): You have a strong need to enlighten others. Make clear communication your goal. Observe your style of communicating — listen to how you talk. Are you critical of others? Do you really listen when they speak? (Can’t learn anything if you’re talking.)

◆LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22): Your increasing concern for money and cash flow reflects a deeper concern that is starting to blossom in your life, namely — what really matters? You don’t want to have regrets when you’re in your 80s or 90s. You want to know which horse to bet on and what your priorities should be. (Do you know?)

◆SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21): This is a hugely significant time for Scorpios because you’re entering a whole new sandbox. In fact, changes that you’re facing might be so dramatic, it means you will change your daily wardrobe.

◆SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21): You’re working behind the scenes or working alone now but in the bigger picture, you know that you’re moving on. There so much you are letting go of — people, places and things, including relationships, jobs and even countries. It’s time.

◆CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19): Schmooze with others now. This is not a time to go it alone. Get involved with groups or be active with your friends because they can help you, especially if you share your hopes with them. You might be surprised at how much their feedback benefits you. Try it.

◆AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18): Because you are in the public eye more than usual and people in authority notice you, be aware of the impression you create. Fortunately, this quality is flattering to you so people think highly of you and will likely ask you to take on increased responsibilities.

◆PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20): You’re very keen to blow this pop stand. You want to get outta Dodge. Because you need a change of scenery, travel anywhere if you can. And if not, be a tourist in your own city. Go someplace you’ve never been before. Shake it up a little.

IF OCTOBER 26 IS YOUR BIRTHDAY: Singer Keith Urban (1967) shares your birthday. You’re organized and have a strong desire to improve things. You’re excellent at running organizations and groups because you’re a leader. You understand power and how to use it. Personally, you are intense and always fearless. You’re both a planner and a doer. In the year ahead, a major change will take place, perhaps as significant as something around 2003.
