Gemini wonders if he should stay or go

Q. I have had a hard time committing to any one job except day-to-day labor. I also do not know if I can trust my wife (born Feb. 11, 1984). She says she wants an open marriage. We have one child (born July 31, 2003, at 12:30 a.m.) and she wants to home-school him, but I think a regular school would be better. Should I stay to protect my child? I was born June 4, 1983, at 8:30 p.m.
A. The comparison with your wife is adequate, and it indicates that she can be trusted. The only deception between the two of you is emotional, and that’s because you are not communicating about your feelings for each other.
Your son’s chart compares well to both you and your wife, however, it is apparent that she is the one who is likely to make him accountable for anything he does wrong. He will suffer if you home-school him between fall 2012 and fall 2014.
He is a lucky boy to match up so well to both parents, and I believe you and your wife owe it to each other to seek marriage counseling.
Regarding your work habits: Your chart indicates a lazy, irresponsible attitude, which is why you prefer day-to-day jobs. I doubt this will change throughout your life.
Q. For the last year or so, your Capricorn horoscopes have said that this is my time of harvest. I am hoping that my “time of harvest” involves money. What does my financial future look like? I was born Jan. 13, 1947, at 2:25 p.m.
A. The harvest for Capricorns began last June and will remain until mid-June. This means the Goat has been experiencing a favorable Jupiter transit.
Unfortunately, a negative Saturn transit has counteracted the Jupiter transit. (Saturn represents discipline, limitation and frustration.) Together, the two bring about uncertainty.
Astrology is not used to predict as much as it is used as a timing tool. It gives you the highs and lows you are going through so that you can maneuver your way through life. Just because you have a good or a bad transit doesn’t mean you automatically will do well or do poorly. When the timing is right, it’s important that you take the initiative.
You were born with the Sun, Mercury and Mars in the constellation of Capricorn in an area of your chart that can be quite fruitful or just the opposite. You were also born with your natal Moon and Neptune adversely angled to your planets in Capricorn, which doesn’t help. In other words, what comes in, goes out. However, the setup in your chart is one I sometimes see in those who come into money through inheritance, winnings or a settlement. Your lucky numbers are 8, 13, 17, 26, 35, 44 for Mega, Power and Lotto; 2, 4, 8, 3 for Pick Four; and 4, 5 and 8 for Pick Three.
Q. I am divorced from a Taurus; we were married for two years. Before that I was married to a wonderful man for 16 years. I’m sure the second marriage was due to missing my husband, who passed away in a car accident in 2007. Since my divorce, I’ve been on two online dates, and they never called me back. Is there something else I should be doing? I was born Aug. 22, 1967, at 10:15 a.m.
A. Your chart indicates that you will do better looking for love elsewhere. Instead of using dating sites, try volunteering for a cause, joining an organization or networking with people in your professional field. Your chart is in a high cycle regarding love and romance until early summer. You match up well to the signs Aries, Leo, Libra, Aquarius and Pisces. The sign Taurus falls in an area of your chart that deals with dead ends.
